Public Storage bought our storage facility and gave little information during the transition. I was slapped with a late fee right away and a threat of a lien. I went to the facility during business hours five different times and the door was locked and no-one was within. Calling the number there likewise went straight to a recording.
During this time, we got another late fee while I was still trying to speak with someone at the facility. In the end, we never got assistance or communication.
They are happy to slap late fees and threaten liens, but are not available for you to resolve these issues.
A business that has nobody working during business hours is a serious red flag and a massive security risk to your possessions within. No-one is looking at the camera.
Use Public Storage at your own risk, and let me tell you, it is a risk!
Constance was super nice and very helpful with understanding my reservation! She gave me the breakdown of the pricing and explain how to get to my unit. 10/10 would recommend. Plus I feel my stuff is very safe here and it’s very clean!!
These people, especially, Marion Nguyen, are keepers. I've had a unit at this facility for more than 5 years. One key to success in life is to know which people to keep in, and which people to eject from, one's life. Marion takes care of business and does it with competence and friendliness.
