Facilities are ok. Prices go up frequently, but they will work with you if you ask. My husband and I have had a unit for over 20 years and Tracy, who works in the office now, is definitely the best office person in all those years. She always helps me out when I need it!

This is an update to an earlier review. When a representative of a business makes a promise for that business and does not honor the promise? This is EXTREMELY bad customer service. The honor option was simple. Tracy, you are accountable for this. Never over promise and under deliver, it will kill your brand and your reputation. DO BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER LOCATION.

I’ve been storing at this location since the end of 2022 and the property managers at this location really keep this place clean. Both managers that work here are so friendly and take pride in their job. Nice to see everyone else having a great experience but I can’t say the same. The office is hardly ever occupied and this is the fourth time I’ve had a missed delivery because there is no one on-sight to receive it and open my unit for them. I get to pay an extra $45 dollars for them to redeliver. When you call the office, you get an answering machine but nobody calls you back. They raised my rent another $100 bucks too. Not sure if what I’m getting for that but it’s time to find another facility.
This was my first time ever going to Public Storage, and it was very nice that Mark answered all my questions and was very helpful & understanding! He recommended another Public Storage , 1737 E McKellips Rd, Tempe, AZ 85288 for other units I could look at

Mark was very kind and attentive to my needs. He took care of me as soon as I pulled up. I changed the size of my unit after he told me mine was an inside unit. He changed the paperwork without getting upset.

Older facility with only one entrance/exit for moving items in/out of the air-conditioned spaces. Only two carts were available at times. Other times we couldn't find anything to help move items in/out. My recommendation is to make sure you bring your own carts or dolly. It is disappointing to arrive and not find a way to put your items into storage without hand carrying them. When mentioning the lack of carts to the staff they really didn't seem interested.

Have had a unit here for almost 2yrs. Just wish the rent would stop going up & had 24hr access. But it's still a great place to store whatever it is you need. Has indoor climate controlled units.

This storage is the best one I have dealt with, I moved states recently and the manager has been more than accommodating with my rent and my late fees, if you’re looking for a storage unit I strongly recommend this one!

I came to this location to get a tour of the different sizes for storages since it was my first time renting a unit. There I met Jeremy, he was very helpful, professional and friendly. Today was a busy day for me. I needed to move some of my items from the storage. I was facing multiple road blocks until I got to the storage. Jerry, the young man working the front desk was exceptionally helpful. This was my fourth encounter with Jerry and he had always been courteous and kind. I just thought he needed a shout out. Thanks Jerry for all you do.

Quick, fast, and easy. I got to see the unit before purchasing. He wore a mask and had a door open (loved that), and very polite and friendly!
They made me wait for an hour and nobody showed up even though I was told There would be someone to walk me through. I spoke to Jeremy yesterday but he had other properties to visit so he couldn’t meet me . Today when I called they said they close at 1.30 but assured I would be helped by Jeremy but when I went nobody showed up. I took time off from work , paid for Uber and waited out for almost 40 minutes. Very disappointed. If you can’t make it at least give a courtesy call or let the other person know.
