Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 19215 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ

Very clean and well kept!! Great customer service!! Jared even gave me a jump when my battery was dead one time!! Very polite young man!! I would recommend Public Storage to anyone!!

I was with a friend who has a unit at this location & was really impressed with the lady that was working at the time. She answered all of my questions. Her name is Rosie. Best Customer Service I have had in a LONG time! It's a clean place, well maintained & great price for the space. I highly recommend & seek out Rosie. She was VERY patient with me with all of my questions. Customer Service since Covid has gone downhill. It's rare to find someone with exceptional Customer Service, like Miss Rosie had. Thank you!

Office was locked in the middle of the day and no one would answer the phone

I am a current "resident" (actually my valued possessions are!) at the Public Storage on Cave Creek Rd. Moving/storing and just the whole hassle of having one's stuff stored is (and I KNOW I am not alone with this sentiment) a pain. That is why I have appreciated Stella's assistance when it comes to questions/concerns that I may have/had. I would choose this Public Storage again should the need arise (which I hope it doesn't) and am thankful that Stella helped my experience with "storing my stuff" less stressful.

Be aware. The monthly price is not “set.” They increased my monthly price by $52 after 5 months. Not happy and will never use/recommend them again.

This is the worst storage unit facility I have ever used. First off, for being “climate controlled” it is extremely hot in there. Which makes it impossible to do anything in your unit. Second, the door is ALWAYS locked! At least 98% of the time. No matter what time it is during their business hours. Which means no customer service. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to pay for my unit but the doors were locked which in turn caused me late charges!! Not everyone has and/or uses a card online. But they’re quick to disable your gate code and app as well as putting their lock on locking you out of your unit! Did I mention there will be a car parked where the employee(s) park during business hours while the doors are locked! Third, I called to schedule a move out from a small unit to reserve a bigger unit (at the same facility mind you). It was the end of the month; I specifically asked “So as long as I’m out before or on the 1st I don’t have to pay for the small unit, correct?” She replied “Yes.” However, I still have a past due balance for a unit I moved out of before the first of April (I believe) when they said I would NOT! I am so tired of this place! I am moving to a completely new storage company!

new to public storage and was unaware of hours to go to storage unit, first time going and it was evening/night. Got a phone call from a gentleman and he was super rude & said “ You’ve found out last night, don’t do it again, goodbye” . I felt this was super rude considering I am new and had never been to the storage unit at all. I had a car full of packed things and wanted to unload it unaware of hours like I said. Will not be renting here if phone calls I receive are super rude like this. Very unwelcoming.

I went in today to see if I could transfer my unit to another of a different size. Stella in the office was incredibly helpful and very professional. She handled my request on the spot with terrific customer service. Great job Stella!!

Super friendly and helpful staff and property very clean

Smooth as silk! Set up reserved space online, followed detailed directions provided by Public Storage & we were done in less than 1 hour. Went to the office to fine tune some additional profile info & Stella was quite helpful. Only con is the map of the unit locations is too small, lacking details & cannot be enlarged.

This company knows about customer service! The entire process was so fast and easy. I had to make some last minute changes and Stella was very responsive and made the changes so simple and fast. The app is so helpful. I love not having to remember the gate code.

Kelly was incredibly helpful. She made me comfortable renting a space for my belongings.

I made arrangements to finalize a rental online and received great customer service. When completing my rental agreement there was an issue and the person who was working with me, Kelly was really helpful and made sure to figure out the issues in a timely manner. The prices for a climate controlled unit are also exceptional with a good level of security. I would highly recommend using this facility in the North Phoenix area.

I was given one price by customer service but when I got to the facility it was SO much higher. I met Kelly and believe me she jumped thru several hoops to help me out & get what I was told by customer service. She is still pretty new, but has a definite grasp on who to contact & how to deal with customers. Very nice person!! Definitely recommend!!!

Val (Valerie) was extremely helpful to me and my husband. We had to downgrade unit size and she helped us find an open and affordable unit near where our current one was. She was very friendly, positive, and displayed amazing customer service! 12/5/22 Update: I noticed we had a charge on our account that was past due for when we transferred units. We walked into the office and talked to Debbie who was super sweet and helpful. She helped us figure out it wad a system glitch and they we didn't need to worry about it. Seriously the staff here are always amazing and super helpful.

I’ve rented a space here for the last 5 years. The new manager, Valerie was amazing! She not only answered the phone, (when recent past managers didn’t) she also did what she said she would and returned my calls. She’s friendly, helpful and reliable. I hope she stays at this location.

I was not satisfied at all the lock they gave me was broken the employees didn’t even bother to assist me the doors were locked when I try to speak with an employee I couldn’t due to the fact that the doors were locked I was personally unsatisfied nice spot but poor service

Your employee kody, I believe for my understanding he floats as well, well he covered the Cave Creek and Union Hills store the day that I got my storage space and he was really helpful because I had a family member that was in Laughlin Nevada that was trying to setup for payments so she was having trouble getting online and getting dad filled out so we could rent a space, and kody walk my mother through the process to get the app filled out so she can rent a space. Kody is professional, very polite, very informative, and he may feel very comfortable it was easy to go ahead and feel that my stuff was safe at that facility it feel comfortable renting a space. Think very much public Storage and thank you very much kody
