Let me clarify some rumors made by this company. I was the manager of The Arizona Storage before they bought us. The ONLY reason they bought us was because Uhaul was opening a facility 3 lots over from us. They purchased a VERY successful facility with VERY happy customers! 95% occupancy. I Loved my customers. Since the change ... I have had numerous phone calls from my customers saying that they are bad mouthing me and saying the facility was not run correctly. It bothers me only because I've gone out of my way to help them and I have been very support of the change, but I will not stand for here and have my 5.0 reviews and my reputation be slandered. I wish them the best and I hoping to discuss this with someone. When asked to speak to someone... I get ignored. I saw the last review and I had no other choice but to write this one. I believe in giving everyone a fair chance and Make your own decision. Just leave me out of it. Again I wish you much success.
My experience has been awesome. MacKenzie has been friendly and professional. The property is clean and well maintained. Next year i will use this location again.

The woman Miranda in the office is very respectful very helpful and she knows how to do her job she has a great personality and knows how to treat her customers she is absolutely a great person inside and out if you need anything please chose Miranda to go to and she can answer any questions you have and she will even walk you to your units if you ask her she is one that doesn't get upset with her customers when she is asked a question or asked to help you.She will also joke with you if your having a bad day she will definitely bring your spirits up and she is always full of laughter and smiles.
Positive experience. I liked being able to access the gate via the app. The facility seemed well maintained, secure, and clean.
Big changes have happened here. Mackenzie is the new manager and the place has improved tremendously. the aisles are very clean and the grounds are spotless. Highly recommend this location.

Unsatisfactory customer services.
I have no signed contract with company, as they took over from previous owner and failed to provide notification. They are now trying to collect rent for December after moving out and told by their employee nothing owned. Now stating on phone it will go to collections if not paid, when contesting the bill. Save yourself a headache, do not recommend.
Can’t even get into the building with my unit. Without getting an invalid access code when I’ve been renting for the last 3 months and my payments are up to date. Not to mention the elevator being down for the last couple weeks.
Tried to stay optimistic but when I need inventory for my small business it’s a headache to say the least with no help at all.
Do not pay attention to the reviews of this place. The five star reviews were from the previous owner. Public storage has bought this place, and it's no longer worth renting from. As a small local business I have rented from here for years, but since the takeover by public storage they've lost that small town feeling that made him easy to work with. Hands My hair could use a course in customer relations.
My first time meeting them was when they failed to tell me that they were not going to be pulling. Automatically the payment for my 4 units. Air, I had to go in and find out why and the lady was not your friendliest. They charged me almost $200 in late fees. Because they did inform me the fifty times i'm in and out of that place a day that they're not gonna automatically take care payment anymore. It's 1 day for the 1st month that they have had this place that they could have overlooked but did not. Furthermore, when I paid my bill so that I could go do my work before I lost sunlight. The lady, who has the ability to open the gate from her seat, told me I would have to wait. Ten to fifteen minutes before it clears, and my code will work to get in.
I'm sure this is normal for all public storage run facilities, but the reviews that they have on this site are from before they were public.Storage, do not read them and think that you're going to get the same place...
Public Storage Purchased this location from Arizonia Storage Company and names changed on 11/4/24. The Prior Management Team and Company was Extremely helpful and cared about their customers and helping them out. Had a Unit with Arizonia Storage Company and had a Paid Contract. When Public Storage purchased the Location, we revived notice of change in price. Went in to talk to the office on a Tuesday and they said they could not honor the orginal paid contract they would have to contact the regional manager and get back to use. a few hours later the office called and said they are going to honor the Contract, and we do not have any payment due until the end of the paid contract. The next day log in to the Customer Portal to make sure this was reflected on the account. and it was not. Stopped in the office on Wed. and they now are telling us no they are not honoring the contract. we would have to make a full payment of $309 more over what was paid on the first lease with the other company. (if you go online or call the rate that is beeing offered is about $65 less than what they wanted to charge with the new contract that was offered to us). or need to vacate out of the unit by 11/28/24 they Will not Honer the Paid Contract and demanded new Lease with a Very Hefty Price increase for the Unit. They told us we would have to get our payments that was paid from the original owners, also refused to honor the hours of access that was given in the original contract. It has been now more then 20 days after they have taken over and they still do not have the Elevators fixed for customers on the 2nd floor they have to use the Stairs to access their units.
I would not Recommend this Company to even my Worst Enemy
