Expensive and tried to scam me by not returning the full refund, first reason they gave is admin fee is not refundable, second alibi was because i purchased a lock but absolutely not true. Better rent storage in the opposite side id this facility. Backside of chevron gas station

Staff members are knowledgeable and kind. Antonio addressed all of my inquiries. Even though there are storage facilities closer to me, I would drive extra distance for this one purely for the excellent customer service!

Customer service was excellent. Storage units were good. Wish app would have worked to open doors so you didn’t have to punch in code every time. Would recommend a few more carts to assist movers.

Signing up for the rental was online and simple. The facility is new and our storage was clean and not previously used. Nice place!
Walked in to inquire about a storage unit and spoke with Antonio. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job walking me through the renting process. The facility was clean and easy to navigate as well.
Made reservation online, got a call the next day from Brandon. He was great. Went in the afternoon to see the unit. Brandon was very attentive, walked me through all of the details and was fast and easy to set up the contract. Set me up on the spot. Was there for maybe 15min. Great service.
Storage area are clean and climate controlled. Billing is ready and automatic. The app doesn't work. I have to punch in a team character code everyone that I want access, not just once. I have to punch it in twice. Not very convenient. Fix your app! Update: Recieved a message that my app was no longer supported.I deleted the app and downloaded the new app. I still have to stand in 108 degree heat and punch in ten digits to enter the gate then do it again to enter the building!
