Public storage has ruined my life!! My storage claim was denied after all my stuff was stolen. Why buy insurance when they don't even acknowledge your stuff was all taken? After months of fighting they listed as a mysterious disappearance and I can't believe all my stuff is gone. 2 years of storing my stuff. To open the door it was all taken!! There's nothing mysterious about that. I have nothing to look forward to. I highly recommend you rent somewhere else!! And after going to Facebook and seeing all of the sad stories I feel bad for everybody else as much as I do myself forever trusting my stuff could be safe. I'm at a loss for words.
