Let's start by saying that I hardly do reviews. I expect a great experience when paying for something; if it isn't great, try to move on and enjoy life.
It's hard enough to be a single father in a state where you don't know anyone. Add moving or storing by yourself, and it sucks.
First, I've never dealt with a more straightforward process and excellent pricing as I have here. This place is worth the price.
What makes this place unique, though, is Natalie! In the deep recesses of a dark storage room came a bright light. I seriously thought it might be an angel or ghost 😂. An angel was the correct answer.
Natalie ensured I could get set up easily, offered to help, and told me she'd be around if I needed anything. The difference was that it wasn't that usual fake, "I have to do this" kind of thing.
She didn't know that I was having a rough day and in those few moments, she completely turned it around.
I'm not so annoyed with having to store things now ☺️!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Natalie at Public Storage in Gilbert, and I must say, her assistance exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the facility, Natalie greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help.
Her knowledge of the storage units available was impressive; she listened attentively to my needs and provided me with several options that perfectly suited my requirements. Natalie patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my decision.

I was having a bit of a glitch with the gate opener, but Emma was very helpful and attentive. I would recommend this facility to any friends and family.
They're very nice up front with you in the beginning. When you sign on, they ask you for a good review right off the bat. Frankly, everything was going well until i hit my 6-month mark. The person in the office claims to let customers know a few months in advance of a price change. But I was just letting know less than 30 days my unit would go up by 40 dollars. I have a friend there as well. i called and asked. im the only one getting my unit jacked up. They got me good. Its now way out of range on a good deal for the size, and based on the other fun reviews about how they handle you wanting to leave, i can see im in for it. Im extremely disappointed. i didn't even go a year before they jacked my price up by almost 50 dollers. I read other reviews that said they claim it's a corporate decision. Well, wouldn't that affect all of the units and not just mine?
Just moved my stuff into this storage facility. Although the price could be better, I appreciate the personnel. Emma has been very helpful from beginning to the end. Can’t thank her enough for the great customer service she provided

I came here to retrieve my Christmas decorations and ornaments. I couldn’t get into the storage area, so i went inside. Tracy was wonderful trying to help me. She unlocked the gate and I went in. She is a lovely lady and I’m so happy I rented my storage area here.

I had a chance to talk to Tracy, Property Manager, here at the facility. She is a very professional and friendly person who is genuinely concerned about my account and my inquiry. I feel like the rent for these units are getting out of control considering what I paid just a few years ago. Tracy told me she’d put in a request for me and I would appreciate the chance to keep the rent down. We cannot move to a smaller lot as we have more stuff now than our current unit can barely handle. I would like to give Lynn a special shout out. Unfortunately, we have had some bad run ins with rude employees in past storage facilities. My mother got a unit and Lynn was extremely helpful throughout the whole process! It was definitely a nice change and we felt more welcomed and not so much as a burden for using this facility. I was warned about public storage in general but did it anyways. Actual site would be 5 stars but 2 for the rate hikes they hit you with once you’re there. Rate went up almost $40 within 4 months of being there.
*** I do want to update and say that someone reached out to me from this facility and adjusted my rate back. I'm grateful for the customer service.

I needed a storage unit somewhat last minute. I love that I was able to do everything to rent my unit online! The Public Storage eRental was insanely quick and easy!
I also suggest downloading the app which has account info, billing and payment info, gate code or it can be used as gate access.
I knew what size storage unit I needed (10x20) and that I needed a drive-up unit. I was able to find one at a location 1 minute from my house! Then I was able to rent it, make a payment and upload any documents all with their eRental service! All of the important info such as unit #, address, gate access hours and gate code was emailed to me. When I arrived at the location it was easy to let myself in, find my unit and unload.
The unit had a zip tie lock, was clean and had the lock I purchased inside just like I was told it would be.
It was such a quick and easy process (literally less than 5 minutes!) which I appreciate especially when everything else was so hectic at the time.
