I have been a Public Storage user since 8/2021. Christina, the mgr. has been very helpful in assisting me with any issue which may arise. She made the whole process go really smooth and that all of my account changes were taken care of and handled. I'm so disappointed it took this long to give Christina the review she deserved. I was in several weeks ago and was having problems with me key. Christina happened to be passing by and jumped straight into action. If it wasn't for her I would have probably lost my temper and broke something but her cool head and know how saved me time and money. I feel obligated to say I'm not the kind of person that gives reviews but I just so happed to hear how she helped one of my team members out again just the other day when I sent her to storage to put some stuff away and unfortunately gave I gave her the wrong storage number. Very positive experience here! The on-site manager is awesome and always very helpful! When small leaks occurred during a weekend long rain, she was all over the place trying to ensure the actual units stayed dry and entry ways were cleared as much as possible to prevent slipping. Whenever I have questions about storage options, billing, or anything else, she is always helpful and willing to the extra mile.
