Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 2655 S Avondale Blvd, Avondale, AZ

I am giving a huge shout out to Brad. Every time I speak with him he is respectful, and above and beyond helpful. I appreciate his follow through and keeping his word. I’ve been to many storage facilities, and this Public Storage is absolutely, hands-down the best around. And Brad is a big part of that! Thank you so much!

A huge thank you to Brad. I was driving around with the wife on a Sunday looking for a storage unit for our upcoming move. It appeared storage units in the area were either closed on Sunday's or no one person was present. I noticed this very nice and clean location and went right in, met with Brad, and Brad set me up with what I needed. What's awesome is, our new place is only 5 blocks from this location. I am very satisfied with the unit and each time I arrive moving-in my items to my storage unit, I see Brad and say hello each time. He's a great guy!

This Avondale Public storage was the best place for my items. Brad was so friendly able to upgrade my storage size in seconds. He showed me how to use the Ap. The facility was spotless and with the heat outside the air condition inside made it welcoming. Darlene was also very nice and welcoming.

Beyond satisfied with the customer service Brad had to offer my family and I. The grounds and property are always clean and the process to rent a unit, and to vacate a unit was awesome. We will be coming back if we ever need a storage room in the future.

Bring thank you to Brad he came by and gave us water because we looked hot. Would recommend this place to everyone

This was my first time coming to a public storage and wasn’t sure what to expect. When I got there I was greeted by Trina, she is a very polite and friendly and was able to help me with locating the right unit. She was also very patient with me, so glad I was able to get help by such a friendly employee. If you end up coming here I hope Trina is the one you run into!

I am so happy that I found this storage facility. Brad went above and beyond to help me with my storage unit. It's because of him that I will continue to store my things at Public Storage. I have an indoor unit and they keep the place really cool. The whole facility is clean and well kept. They have decent prices for indoor and outdoor units. I definitely recommend this place ask for Brad he will take care of you.

I wanted to come here cuz my other storage unit was further there absolutely rude and disrespectful and dont even try to help u out or care for anything u have to say they kicked my Chihuahua penny and said there were no dogs allowed it was my serice fog unbelivable i font like it here and its worth driving 40 mins out to my other unit they actually care abt costomer survice and caring for others stuff.

Pristine. The issue I had is that they are severely understaffed! Make a reservation... make a reservation.... make a reservation! If you can secure a unit online, it makes you pay for a lock. You can turn it in, but the office isn't always open. I had to go to another location to get help. It wouldn't let me get a unit through my phone. Soo frustrating.! But now that I have a unit and lock, I have easy access to the gate and doors from my phone! Just got to remember to keep my phone in my pocket!!! LOL They have carts to use that work pretty well!

I never leave reviews but I had to come on here as say that Darlene was AMAZING at helping us get a last minute unite ! Very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything step by step . Definitely recommend this location . Thank you Darlene !

I had a wonderful experience with Darlene, she was very friendly and kind as she helped me and my mom sort out information on the new unit. She made sure that we had a correct gate code, help directed us to where our unit was and told us to ask if we had anymore questions or concerns at any time. Now that I am back home I can finally leave my review. Two weeks ago we needed to leave our home unexpectedly right before our vacation and had no other home lined up to move into. We came in frantic for a unit as we didn’t know what else to do as we were leaving in 4 days and I was freaking out. With kids and a vacation and no home we were sort of snappy but thankfully Trina was there and got us into a unit right away. She was so patient and even went over pricing for several units inside and outside as we didn’t know what we needed. Sorry for being snappy but thank you Trina for helping us!!!

Absolutely unacceptable, today I paid for a unit on the phone because I have no transportation. The man on the phone told me they closed at 9. He didn't mention the office closed at 6. When I finally got a trailer and loaded my whole house on it, I looked up the location again. It said it closes at 6 which made me panic and call customer service. The representative assured me, the key would be inside the unit with the lock and all I had to do was find it, pull off the seal, and would have full access to my unit. We drove all the way down there, found the unit and I see the lock is on there. We panicked, not having a way to get in. I called customer support again, and the man told me there shouldn't be a lock on it, but a seal. Since it was after business hours, there was nothing to do. We once again had to unpack my whole house back in the garage because the driver needed his trailer for work tomorrow. I have to be gone by tomorrow and seeing as that was my only chance to get my stuff out, I'm going to lose thousands of dollars worth of furniture. On top of paying for the unit, I had to pay my friend to drive 40 minutes to my house, help me load my whole house onto the trailer, drive to the storage, drive back home, unload my ENTIRE house back into the garage AND drive home. To pay him appropriately took a chunk of what I have to move with. I'm going to be homeless for a while, now me and my kids will have none of our furniture, not even a BED to sleep on, when we find a place. This is so cruel, I've been crying for 3 hours straight. I don't know what exactly I'm going to do. But corporate will be involved.

I went to this public storage for the first time and was greeted by Trina. I came to rent a unit and she was very friendly and thorough in the process. She made moving in and getting set up a breeze! I noticed the facility and units were kept very clean. Definitely recommend this public storage and Trina to help you get set up!
