Do NOT move your stuff into storage here. Everything me and my partner own, we keep in this storage unit. this past time we came to gather a few things and were devastated to find everything we owned had rats living in it. There is rat feces covering our storage unit and everything inside it.
We tried talking to the property manager/owner in person. We were greeted politely until we spoke of an issue… he immediately knew that we were talking about his current rat infestation and tried to blow us off. Didn’t even try to treat us with respect or give use options on what we could do going forward. All he said was we could either leave our things where they were at or get out. No help what so ever.

Very pleasant staff at this location. Kristie and Anna helped me with everything I needed to know about renting self storage. Great customer service.
Gotta say I’m not happy with how the fees keep getting added to my account. Rent is due on the 1st True enough but after my rent was raised almost $40 without me noticing, I tried to get it fixed. Waited for them to adjust the balance which lead to a $32 fee being added along with the rent increase. The storages aren’t even that big for the prices and it was the 8th I paid my bill. Almost $200 for a storage that isn’t that big. It’s insane… the fees, the random rent increases, all too much. The rent started from $132 and not it’s $164. The next month isn’t even due yet and my balance is $175 AFTER getting approved for a rent decrease of $164! HOW??! Of course I couldn’t get any answers until $200 for one month was paid. I don’t recommend using them and I won’t be using them again…
