I was brought in on a discounted price for being a 1st responder. When price increases came about I was told that my price wouldn't be adjusted. Unfortunately it was increased twice throughout my time with you guys. Outside of that access to the facility was seamless and so was the use of your online portal to manage and make payments on our account.
