The property management team at this location are great. They're down to earth, super helpful, and always there when I need them. I needed a light bulb one morning and the manager was able to get one for me in a snap! 10/10 recommend.
I just wanted to say Mitchel the property manager is hands down one of the best individuals I've ever dealt with as a consumer. I truly believe he deserves a bonus at the bare minimum and a raise. I am the Commander of the American Legion Post 237. Last week I was assisting a disabled veteran that had been evicted from his home. I went to Public Storage and talked to Mitchel and explained the situation. He was able to help with with getting the veteran a storage unit. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very very helpful.
Fast forward to yesterday, I was continuing to help the veteran get his belongings into storage. The facility was closed yesterday but I called Mitchel on his personal cell phone to let him know that I needed another unit to store the last of the veterans belongings. He met me and the moving company and went out of his way to call Zaiden at the Leeman Ferry location to come over and help us with renting another unit.
They both were very outstanding in helping me to help the veteran. These guys are an A+.
DO NOT use this place. Rented a storage unit 3 months ago for $50; they increased my rent to $85 for no apparent reason for the 4th month. I was told by the attendant that they increase the rent from time to time. I had no idea, but according to the attendant, it’s in the contract. I wish I had known this because I would have never stored my things in a place where the establishment can increase my rent whenever they feel like it. It’s such a shady way to do business in my opinion!

These guys were great. When I moved stuff in I had an issue with corporate and a lady there helped me and made life easy. When I moved out the owner was there and helped with an issue that he did not have to do that really saved me money. If I lived across town I would still drive and use these guys if I need a storage place again.

I met Mitchell who deserves an honorable mention for a job well done! He not only took care of me but made me feel like extended family with Public Storage. His customer services and energy was phenomenol. If you guys had at least 1 Mitchell at each of your locations theres no doubt there wouldn't be other place for anyone to rent from. I have been using this facility for a numbers years and the standard has always been exceptional. Michel is very helpful and is always available for questions which is why he is very respected by the tenants. The facility is always clean and secure.

Originally I would have given 5 stars, but then found out this was done behind our backs...After paying to rent a storage unit until the first of the month, I cleared it out and was getting ready to store some more things during a transitional period, only to discover they had rented my unit to someone else. So, as they have benefited from being paid twice for the same unit, they continue to act as if somehow I'm at fault. I have asked for a prorated amount of the money I paid to them to be returned,but have been only given a hard time and ultimately hung up on. Now Im having to pay to have my things stored elsewhere when the unit I have already paid for is being used by someone else. How is this right? Yes, customer service was great until I actually had a problem. Now there is no one willing to help us.
I don't have a storage unit at this business but I wanted to express gratitude for Mitchel who works at the Drake location. I blew a tire driving home and he saw me working on changing it and was kind enough to stop and help. He took time out of his evening to help me get home to my family safe. I deeply appreciate the kindness and plan on using this business should I need storage in the future
