This is the best storage facility in the area with the most helpful staff!! It has all the modern conveniences of a national company with the amazing customer service and personal touches of a local family owned business! Rita has been the been the biggest blessing to us as we used this facility to store my in-laws furniture following the death of my father in law. We do not live locally and she has been SO helpful and accommodating throughout our move into our storage units and then later on when we consolidated units. I’m always so happy to see her face when I come by or hear her voice on the phone when I need assistance with something. She’s an extremely knowledgeable property manager and always happy to help. You just don’t see that kind of customer service anymore! Thank you, Rita!! The facility itself is extremely nice and clean, secure, climate controlled, and everything is always in good working in order when we go. The rates are great for this fantastic facility. It’s in a perfect central location with easy truck access and has a huge elevator. I have nothing but great things to say!!

We are new to accessing a storage facility and entered public storage for our first time. The people at the front desk were very helpful, professional, great to deal with. They talked us through the entire startup process, then came down the hall to the elevator to help us get to our unit.
The storage unit was well lit, and very clean.

Beware of this place. I observed some slightly illegal behavior by staff (that I didn't even care about). The next day later, my lock was cut and all of my stuff was outside - apparently I got "evicted" for reasons they refused to disclose to me (I saw the lady smoking pot - not a big deal and certainly not worth losing all of my possessions)
I've no means of really prosecuting a lawsuit so far from home, so I guess it was just an expensive life lesson.
This place is an A plus! What a fantastic experience. Rita is the one that helped me & she left no stone unturned. Very thorough, professional & kind. I highly recommend this Public Storage location. Thank you Rita! 👍👍👍

Rita was absolutely amazing. I became full time in Gulf Shores last year but still maintain a storage unit in Georgia. Due to email and address changes I couldn’t update my information online and needed it done before my next payment due date. The corporate number was of no use in helping but I went to the Gulf Shores location and she got everything quickly straightened out for me. She is a gem and I appreciated that she took the time to happily assist me even though it was for a unit in another state.
