My family has a unit in Daphne and I want to say that there was an issue with something at the unit and she talked to my daughter like we were her family. She was so warm and personable despite all the problems she deals with on a daily. Thank you Mysty for being a wonderful human.
Let me start by saying that I hate moving, especially when you have to put stuff in storage. I have used storage units all throughout central Alabama (Hoover, Pelham, Mt. Brook, etc). The grounds are clean, but what this location has going for it, is a specific worker that goes above and beyond.

We were moving and my newly 18 year old rented a unit. He was worried about getting a unit and she took him under her wing and walked him through the process:

Went to office July 27, 2023 and met Public Storage workers Wayne and Rita. They got me through the rental agreement and app installation process in a very short and painless process. I had questions and they clarified them and I would recommend their help to anyone.
