Scam ...They sold me my unit for under 140 after I drove and checked all around Eastside bham..then a couple months later they go up higher or same price as the others ..then got me and my family ish basically on auction block....Who do I contact cause they not acting right..

Good Afternoon The lady that served me at the Centerpoint location in Alabama was very pleasant very knowledgeable and very educational in reference to the storage unit. She went over everything very patient and I appreciate that. Thank you so much.
I got up early and drove over an hour to get there right at 9;30 when they were supposed to open. On-site manager was late we had to sit and wait 20 minutes. This was the dirtiest Public Storage Facility I’ve ever seen.

After allowing me to rent a unit online that wasn't available, I was transferred to this location where Property Manager Ami, politely and professionally handled getting me a storage unit, like it should've been to start with. She definetly is the 5 star employee here and the sole reason I'm not rating way lower! Couldn't even tell she had an injured/thrown out back, and made no excuses, not even while happily walking me back to my unit. Very knowledgeable, kind, professional and obviously tough! She made me a (happy) customer, when I was beyond ready to cancel everything and find elsewhere to store my items. She deserves a raise!! (And paid vacation ;) )
I caught Toya 15 minutes before closing and she was awesome for showing me 2 storage spaces. Nice personality & good customer service.
