The very first day of access, for the first 2 minutes, it did not work.
Signed up to use the app for convenience and it doesn't work. I've tried it 10x. I will rent the unit again but things need up updated. Why give access by app if it isn't granted or code to the gate if it doesn't access. Even the employee could not get in the gate. First day!

I rented storage at this facility for 2 years and it was great! Even when I was getting ready to move and close out the unit at the last minute I had to extend my stay I didn’t have any issues in doing so. My only wish is that access hours were extended. Great customer service!
