Great customer service
I could t get the gate to open on my app but that's cool. I also loved the 2 dogs wouldn't let me pet them but cute anyways good place to storage your items
They have a good person to person understanding an are willing to help with what they can
This place is tricky! They lie and raise the rent constantly. AVOID THIS PLACE my unit was broken into and they never called me!! Not once!!

If you want to pay 200$ a month for things to be damaged and peed and pooped on by rats/ mice this is the place to go. We had a 3,000$ couch and hundreds of dollars worth of baby items in there to be reused for our second child that was completely destroyed! Pictures and things that can not be replaced my family members who had passed was also ruined! We also moved out the month before the next pay period and they are still calling about paying them that we were no longer there for!
Nikki was the best we walk the property to make sure because I wanted a 10*10 but came out to be a 10*20 is what I got and help with the whole process of everything the gate code and also public storage app she was excellent seriously, 10 out of 10 highly recommend
Website says open, no one is there to pay my bill. No one answers the phone and nobody answers 1800 # unless you want to rent a space??????
The lady in the office was very polite and helpful...she was able to help me with what I was there for...very nice!

I'm really sorry, but I haven't been anywhere near this place in years now! However, I would like to add that I once rented a storage unit there some odd years ago. I had no complaints or suggestions nor any immediate or direct requests at this time BC everything was well. I recommend this place of business to the public. The people who work there are very respectful and polite. Give it a try if you will.

I rented the unit for a few months for school and the whole process from moving in, to paying my bill, to moving out was so easy. Rachel helped walk me through doing the contactless rental and the app makes everything so convenient. Never had to stop by the office for anything because everything was available in the app. The property was so clean as well. I always see Rachel cleaning up and making sure everything looks great. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone who asks.
They suck limited time 7-9???? Not lately could get in there for 3 days got run off at 6 in evening trying to get my stuff out and work to found place and can not get my stuff now it the end of month they want there money
