Got here at 7:38 PM on 10/19/2023 to get a storage unit ready. Lights were on and cars parked out front but no one was inside and door was locked. Not cool.

Good place for long and short term storage of goods great staff.

Update: 2023 The staff has gotten better and more consistent but there’s no updates to the facility and grounds. They still increase rates multiple times a year. That doesn’t seem to make sense since they’re just going to drive off long term customers to get new customers that will be paying less. It’s hard to get ahold of a person via the phone. Any over the phone payments charge a $20 service fee. I recommend somewhere else for better self storage. 2022:The front office smells of marijuana. The staff is kind but always seem rushed to get you out. They raise the rates every few months to the point where it’s above local comparisons but they know you’re already stuck there since they basically have your stuff hostage if you can’t pay. So it’s only good if you plan to stay for 6 months or less.

Had an issue initially with my storage unit and Ty was extremely polite and patient and helped me immediately. Definitely helped my long morning just a little bit better. When people are moving, interacting with friendly people like her can make the process that much easier.

Public Storage, well, where do we start, and where do we end, haha? The staff at this place have been real professionals. Donavan, I believe was the staff I met at the office and he explained things clearly for me to understand. The Storage comes in different sizes to fit your needs. Locks are not included in the unit for renting, but you can either bring your own or rent from the office separately. The monthly price is affordable. The unit are well kept. They are cleaned from inside out as well as the surroundings. Cameras are also around the unit for your security. The Storage unit comes with insurance. I don't have much knowledge about that but the staff would be thrilled to help you with that. There is even an app you can download to have all the information at your fingertips. Oh, you can choose to use the app to open the gate without going to the gate each time to key in the access code. For hours of operation, it is better to call the store to find us, and also after business hours if you would like to have access to the unit. Well, the staff are polite, helpful, and willing to help however they can pertaining to Storage questions or concerns. Lights are available within the unit but am not sure about each unit. Fences are around the unit also. Overall, great staff and I hope you check them out because you won't regret 😊. Thank you!! I left a star out because there's always room for improvement. Great management.

No one at office , no one picking phones , has to be waiting on more than 3 hours on parking lot to get access to storage and person who is sitting at the office in office hours even not supporting to get access and asking us to leave the property when we reached there, please trying to find right people to manage those 2 places at west market street ,

Came in today to get information on the storage but there is a rude person with short dreadlocks I think it was a female but it had a nasty attitude and was giving me a hard time getting information. The attitude was too much so I left to find a different storage place.

We are sitting in the parking lot once again after being here 2 hours ago (at 11am..it is now 1pm) This is after calling for 4 days until someone finally got back to us. NO ONE is here yet again. How are you able to charge so much money but always be unavailable? We don't owe a dime and want to get our belongings out. Someone better show up. I don't want to hear any excuses about low staff. Pay them more and they'll come to work. Just told that "they're in and out" .....I will NEVER use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. We are LIVID.

My mother recently purchased a storage unit from here and we are very pleased with the process. From the beginning of making a reservation to renting a unit, they are very detailed in their professionalism and customer service especially the manager Henry. He is very welcoming and friendly and seems to know what he is doing. Would def recommend storing with them.

Horrible experience. The rent constantly goes up. If you try and call to speak to someone no one is ever there or returns your calls. When we went to move out we found our television had been stolen. So glad we were able to move out!
