This place is a total scandalous ripoff! Don't store your stuff here because they will charge you for a full month if you vacate in the month that you owe. Check out how many times they increase their rent while I was there. You've been warned !

The front gate is broken and you can't use your phone to open it. It's been months now. Time to call corporate.
It was good overall. But there is strong unpleasant smell in your storage.

We rented for 4 years and closed our unit 2 days ago.
We encountered an issue with our unit this year where there was literally a river of water running through our unit! Our stuff got wet and moldy! There was a lot of sentimental family items in the unit as we had lost several family members in a 2 year period. We had moved from Fremont and did not get to unit often.
I was on the phone for hours with Public Storage to get some help. I worked with 4 different people who in the end did nothing to help!
Finally Dawn has been working at the location and has gone above and beyond to help with our issue! She was professional, understanding, replied as she promised, and got things escalated to corporate.
The unit issue is a huge problem for the entire section of where our unit was located.
We appreciate all the hard work that Dawn did for us!
She is a person that I would hire if I still had a business!

Negative stars is for the property manager and staff.
I've called many times to speak to someone and for the manager to call me back never heard from any one.
Every time I come by there's never anyone in the office to answer my question.
I'm disabled and when I need to use the restroom it is always locked and again no one is ever in the office.
I definitely don't believe all the super positive reviews. They're all fluffed!

We rented from this location for a year, and they were super helpful and clean and organized from start to finish. They helped with any concerns or issues i brought forth to them throughout my time there as a renter. Lisa the site manager is absolutely wonderful. Responsive, caring and really goes all out to make sure you’re taken care of. I called her probably a gazillion times for different matters i needed help with or resolved & she took care of it each time. I’m very appreciative of her & glad public storage has such a great employee on their team. Thank you Lisa, and thank you to the whole team. I again appreciate your help in everything!

Cheap storage spot. There are some humidity spots here and there, so make sure to wrap your delicate items pretty well
I have been a customer of Public Storage in Warm Springs since 2007. It is a great and safe place to store you belongings. Lately I have been dealing with the on site manager Lisa and she has been a great person to deal with on a variety of issue. I strongly recommend this storage facility for your storage needs and you will be in good hands with Lisa as the on site manager. She has a variety of storage sizes for any needs that you might have.

Lisa at the front desk was fantastic I was running a bit behind schedule.,She was very quick and efficient, The rental paperwork was completed in record time and I was able to make my other appointment. She was very courteous and professional.
I was told rent increases only once a year.
6 Months ago my rent increased from $20 to $33, then 6 months later (now) I get another message stating my rent is again increasing but this time by $59. so now I'm asked to now pay nearly $500 for a 10x20 (average cost $280-330).

They have reasonably good prices but I finally decided to take my stuff out of there to save money so I no longer have anything in storage.
From day one and to this day, Lisa has went above and beyond assisting me and continues to do so. She was very thorough explaining PS policies and continues to demonstrate her Exemplary Customer Service skills and Personality. Whenever I go to my unit, I make it a point to stop in the office to say hello and chat briefly if she's there. When I see her cleaning the hallways of the building and doing other miscellaneous duties, it shows here dedication and willingness. Never negative, always Positive. Ranking Lisa at a 10 would be very unfair. A 20 would be more like it and I hope work is acknowledged by her superiors. To Corporate and to whom it may concern, Lisa Rocks in a Major Way!

She provided me all the information that I needed without me even having to ask. Her hospitality was excellent as well. It was a very welcoming public facility. 10/10 would recommend
Lisa the property manager was a godsend. She was extremely nice and supportive. She accommodated me late. Stay a full hour outside of her work time and helped me out extensively. Lisa at public storage has made my efforts to leave the storage unit as I nolonger need it very easy. She is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Things have been very secure there.

This was my first time getting a storage unit and stay for my things was a big concern and she was so detail my concern vanished upon meeting her. A+ Public Storage. Great Customer Service by Angie! I had to help a friend move out, and didn't have a good estimate of the amount of storage needed. After picking a unit that didn't meet my needs, Angie helped me upgrade my unit with ease. The entire process took under two days and was able to move out within the week.

I leased a small storage unit at this location for two years. The site is very secure and always clean. There is also some new landscaping out front. Highly recommend if you need to store things in Fremont, this is a good spot. The app is also really useful. You can access the driveway gate using your phone, so one less thing to touch.
