Business storage needs aren't one-size-fits-all, which is why we offer small, medium and large solutions for commercial use. If you're storing seasonal materials, boxes or small furniture pieces, we recommend a unit between 5'x5' and 5'x10'. For larger furniture pieces and quantities of inventory, we recommend a unit size ranging from 5'x15' to 10'x10'. To store equipment, supplies or sets of office furniture, we recommend units sized between 10'x15' to 10'x25'.

Every small business has its own unique storage needs, which is why we offer drive-up, climate-controlled and vehicle storage units in addition to our small, medium and large self-storage units. You can conduct a number of business operations from your storage unit, including storing your business's inventory and supplies and performing inventory counts. Using your storage unit as an office or storefront, however, is not allowed. You'll want to read the terms of your lease or speak with your facility's manager to determine what your facility allows.

To keep your stuff in order, you can add shelves, bins or other organization tools to your unit. You should also be sure to place any items you use often closer to the door for easy access. Lastly, keep a digital list of everything in the unit so you always know exactly what you have in storage.
