EACH WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE PRIZE ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENTS, SUCH AS A RELEASE, WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS, AS MORE FULLY DETAILED BELOW.

BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW) FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. SUMMARY: 
a. The Public Storage (the "Sponsor") AutoPay Sweepstakes (the "AutoPay Promotion") begins on July 1, 2024 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "AutoPay Promotion Period"). The AutoPay Promotion consists of twelve (12) distinct and separate sweepstakes each lasting approximately one (1) month as more specifically set forth below. The initial sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2024 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Eleven (11) consecutive monthly sweepstakes will follow, each beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first day of the immediately following month and ending on the last day of the month after at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Monthly Drawing Period"). The final sweepstakes will be held from June 1, 2025 until June 30, 2025. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., in all U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), possessions and overseas military installations, and where prohibited by law. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will neither be acknowledged nor returned other than as described in these official rules (the "Official Rules"). Sponsor can end the AutoPay Promotion Period at any time without notification. 
b. The Sponsor One-Time Bill-Pay Sweepstakes (the "One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion") begins on July 1, 2024 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion Period"). The One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion consists of twelve (12) distinct and separate sweepstakes each lasting approximately one (1) month as more specifically set forth below. The initial sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2024 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Eleven (11) consecutive monthly sweepstakes will follow, each beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first day of the immediately following month and ending on the last day of the month after at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Monthly Drawing Period"). The final sweepstakes will be held from June 1, 2025 until June 30, 2025. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., in all U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), possessions and overseas military installations, and where prohibited by law. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will neither be acknowledged nor returned other than as described in these official rules (the "Official Rules"). Sponsor can end the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion Period at any time without notification. Entries do not roll over to additional promotion periods and are only valid in the month entered. Collectively the AutoPay Promotion and the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion shall be referred herein as the Promotion. Additionally, the AutoPay Promotion Period and the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion Period shall be collectively referred herein as the Promotion Period. 
c. The Sponsor Customer Survey Sweepstakes (the "Customer Survey Promotion") begins on July 1, 2024 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Customer Survey Promotion Period"). The Customer Survey Promotion consists of twelve (12) distinct and separate sweepstakes each lasting approximately one (1) month as more specifically set forth below. The initial sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2024 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Eleven (11) consecutive monthly sweepstakes will follow, each beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first day of the immediately following month and ending on the last day of the month after at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Monthly Drawing Period"). The final sweepstakes will be held from June 1, 2025 until June 30, 2025. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., in all U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), possessions and overseas military installations, and where prohibited by law. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will neither be acknowledged nor returned other than as described in these official rules (the "Official Rules"). Sponsor can end the Customer Survey Promotion Period at any time without notification. Entries do not roll over to additional promotion periods and are only valid in the month entered. Collectively the AutoPay Promotion, the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion and the Customer Survey Promotion shall be referred herein as the Promotion. Additionally, the AutoPay Promotion Period, the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion Period and the Customer Survey Promotion Period shall be collectively referred herein as the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of primary residence at time of entry. Employees and agents of Public Storage or its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, vendors, promotional partners, and agencies, as well as their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, legal guardians, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and persons living in the household of each, are not eligible to participate. Any attempt made to participate in the Promotion other than as specifically described in these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are four (4) ways to enter the Promotion: 
a. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE PAST CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC STORAGE OR WHO HAVE NOT YET BECOME CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC STORAGE MAY ALSO ENTER ANY OF OUR SWEEPSTAKES BY SENDING IN A POSTCARD. For the AutoPay Promotion by signing up for AutoPay: During the AutoPay Promotion Period, visit the website, Property, or customer service (via telephone IVR) and sign up for AutoPay with a valid checking account or debit card for one active storage unit. The use of a credit card or “Durbin” debit card to sign up for AutoPay will not count as a valid entry. You MUST be enrolled in AutoPay for three consecutive months using a valid checking account or debit card to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Customers with multiple units on one account are eligible. Customers already on AutoPay via Debit Card or ACH prior to the AutoPay Promotion Period are eligible. Customers already on AutoPay via Credit Card who switch to Debit Card or ACH are eligible. If you deactivate your AutoPay you are no longer eligible. Additionally, during the AutoPay Promotion Period, eligible individuals must have on file their full name, phone number, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, and e-mail address. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the AutoPay Promotion. Online entries must be received through publicstorage.com during the Auto-Pay Promotion Period. For purposes of the AutoPay Promotion, an online entry is "received" when three consecutive and successful payments are completed with AutoPay using ACH or debit card. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or "thanks for entering" message or screen) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Promotion. Online entries made by any other individual or any entity, or originating at any other web site, including, without limitation, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the registered account holder. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an account on publicstorage.com. Potential winner's account must be in good standing with Public Storage and may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the potentially winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. 
b. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE PAST CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC STORAGE OR WHO HAVE NOT YET BECOME CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC STORAGE MAY ALSO ENTER ANY OF OUR SWEEPSTAKES BY SENDING IN A POSTCARD. For the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion by making a one-time payment in full: During the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion Period, visit the website, Property, or customer service (via telephone IVR) and make a one-time payment in the full value of your monthly charges with a valid checking account or debit card for one active storage unit. The use of a credit card or “Durbin” debit card to make your payment will not count as a valid entry. Partial payments will not count as a valid entry. Customers with multiple units on one account are not eligible. Customers already on AutoPay via Debit Card or ACH prior to the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion Period are not eligible. If you sign up for the AutoPay Promotion after entering the One-Time-Bill-Pay Promotion, your eligibility for the $1000 AutoPay Promotion will override and replace your eligibility for the $500 One-Time-Bill-Pay Promotion. Additionally, during the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion Period, eligible individuals must have on file their full name, phone number, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, and e-mail address. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion. Online entries must be received through PublicStorage.com during the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion Period. For purposes of the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion, an online entry is "received" when the successful payment is completed via ACH or debit card. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or "thanks for entering" message or screen) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Promotion. Online entries made by any other individual or any entity, or originating at any other web site, including, without limitation, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the registered account holder. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an account on publicstorage.com. Potential winner's account must be in good standing with Public Storage and may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the potentially winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. 
c. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE PAST CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC STORAGE OR WHO HAVE NOT YET BECOME CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC STORAGE MAY ALSO ENTER ANY OF OUR SWEEPSTAKES BY SENDING IN A POSTCARD. For the Customer Survey Promotion by completing an online survey without signing up for AutoPay or making a One-Time Payment During the Promotion Period, the Sponsor may contact past, present and future customers by e-mail inviting them to participate in a confidential online customer satisfaction survey. Eligible individuals who follow the links and instructions in the e-mail and complete the online survey can enter by following the onscreen links and instructions to complete and submit an online entry form, including, without limitation, their full name, phone number, and e-mail address. Answers to the survey will have no effect on an entrant’s ability to participate in and win a prize in the Promotion, but survey participants must submit a response to every survey question to be eligible. 
d. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE PAST CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC STORAGE OR WHO HAVE NOT YET BECOME CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC STORAGE MAY ALSO ENTER ANY OF OUR SWEEPSTAKES BY SENDING IN A POSTCARD. By mail, without signing up for AutoPay or making a One-Time Payment: During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals (current customer or not) can hand-print in ink their full name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, and e-mail address (if he/she has one) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it, first-class postage paid, to: Public Storage "AutoPay and One-Time Bill-Pay Sweepstakes", C/O Marketing Administration, 701 Western Ave., Glendale, CA 91201-2349. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period. Mailed entries will be entered into the Monthly Drawing Period Sweepstakes for the AutoPay Promotion based on the date the entry is received, and mailed entries postmarked during the Promotion Period but received after the end of the Promotion Period and no later than seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period will be entered into the final Monthly Drawing Period. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. Entries received in envelopes larger than a number ten (#10) envelope will be automatically disqualified.

The following applies to all entrants, regardless of entry method: Limit: one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Any attempt made to submit entries in excess of any limit or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules by using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. Entrants who do not abide by these Official Rules and instructions of Sponsor and provide all of the required information in their entry will be disqualified. Entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, late, misdirected, lost, illegitimate, garbled or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. As a condition of entering the Promotion, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations and rules.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS/ODDS/WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner per sweepstakes will be selected in each Monthly Drawing Period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each respective Monthly Drawing Period. The drawing for each Monthly Drawing Period will be held approximately on the tenth day of the following month following the end of the Monthly Drawing Period. One-Time-Bill-Pay eligible entries will not be carried over into subsequent Monthly Drawing Periods. The drawings will be performed by Sponsor's designated representative.

Odds of winning the prize in a Monthly Drawing Period depend on the total number of eligible entries received in that Monthly Drawing Period. Within approximately seven (7) days after a drawing, Sponsor or its representative will attempt to notify the potential winner that he/she may have won a prize by the telephone number and/or e-mail address provided in the entry (at Sponsor's sole discretion) or Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, send prizes directly to the winner at the mailing address provided in the entry without advanced notification. Prizes will only be mailed to each verified winner's physical mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. If any prize, prize notification or Promotion-related communication is rejected, faulty, or returned as undeliverable or if a winner does not respond according to the instructions in the notification or cannot be reached after a reasonable attempt has been made by Sponsor (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), that winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. As a condition of entering the Promotion, each winner agrees to complete, sign, have notarized (if applicable) and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in the form provided by Sponsor (unless prohibited by law) within the time frame specified if required by Sponsor in its sole discretion (which may require providing winner's Social Security Number and/or state-issued identification number and/or copy thereof), or prize may be forfeited. The affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release are subject to verification by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate potential winner, if any.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: For each Monthly Drawing Period, one winner will be chosen for the AutoPay Promotion, for the One-Time Bill-Pay Promotion and for the Customer Survey Promotion as described below. Prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded. Prize details not specifically stated in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes, as well as any expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being provided as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address or other contact information. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will not have any further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize (or portion thereof) for any reason. No transfers, prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the stated prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, prize unavailability. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded. To be verified as a winner, entrants must have a valid government-issued photo identification card. 
a. Entry by signing up for AutoPay (section 3a) or mailed-in entry (section 3c): For each Monthly Drawing Period, one (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive one-thousand dollars ($1000) cash (U.S. Dollars, awarded in the form of a check) or Sponsor may choose to offer the winner a prize of eleven-hundred dollars ($1100) as a credit on their Public Storage account. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each monthly prize is $1000 if choosing cash, $1100 if choosing an account credit. Total ARV of all prizes offered in this Promotion: $13,000 (cash) / $14,300 (account credit). 
b. Entry by making a One-Time-Bill-Pay (section 3b): For each Monthly Drawing Period, one (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive five hundred dollars ($500) cash (U.S. Dollars, awarded in the form of a check) or Sponsor may choose to offer the winner a prize of five hundred ninety nine dollars ($599) as a credit on their Public Storage account. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each monthly prize is $500 if choosing cash, $599 if choosing an account credit. Total ARV of all prizes offered in this Promotion: $6,000 (cash) / $7188 (account credit). 
c. Entry by completing a Customer Survey (section 3c): For each Monthly Drawing Period, one (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive five hundred dollars ($500) cash (U.S. Dollars, awarded in the form of a check) or Sponsor may choose to offer the winner a prize of five hundred ninety nine dollars ($599) as a credit on their Public Storage account. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each monthly prize is $500 if choosing cash, $599 if choosing an account credit. Total ARV of all prizes offered in this Promotion: $6,000 (cash) / $7188 (account credit).

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, VENDORS, PROMOTIONAL PARTNERS, AND AGENCIES, AND THE RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS OF EACH (COLLECTIVELY "PROMOTION ENTITIES") FOR ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE OR AWARDING OF THE PRIZE, WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY PRIZE- OR PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, OR ACCIDENT TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:

CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."

7. ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable for any of the following, whether caused by a Promotion Entity, the entrant, or by human or other error: entries submitted by illegitimate means (such as, without limitation, by an automated computer program) or entries in excess of any stated limit; any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, garbled, mutilated, or misdirected entries, e-mail, mail, or Promotion-related correspondence or materials or postage-due mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission or communication; viruses or technical or mechanical malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable cable or satellite systems; errors, typos, or misprints in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or entry information. Promotion Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. Promotion Entities are not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your e-mail address or other contact information does not work or is changed without prior written notice to Sponsor.

Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, Promotion Entities are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof in the event that any of the Promotion activities or the Promotion Entities' operations or activities are affected, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, order or other action adopted or taken by any governmental, federal, state or local government authority, or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above.

8. GENERAL RULES: Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon complying with and fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. By entering the Promotion, (except where prohibited by law) each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical data, and/or any information contained in his/her entry in advertising, promotion and marketing materials throughout the world, including on the internet, by the Sponsor, its promotional partners, and third party marketing entities, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval and each entrant releases all Promotion Entities from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates Sponsor, its promotional partners, or third party marketing entities to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use. Sponsor's decisions will be final in all matters, including interpretation of these Official Rules and awarding of the prizes. All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Promotion. Participants further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Promotion and/or prevent others from using the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void online entries or participation from any IP address if any suspicious entry and/or participation is detected. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries of any entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion. Sponsor's failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials and/or these Official Rules (including, without limitation, any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency in these Official Rules), it will be resolved in Sponsor's sole discretion. If Sponsor determines at any time in its sole discretion that the winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, or in violation of these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to select an alternate winner, even if the disqualified potential winner's name may have been shown or announced on Sponsor's web site or elsewhere. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion. If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages from him or her and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEB SITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE PROMOTION VIOLATES CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the entrant and any Promotion Entity, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-pocket expenses (e.g., costs), if any, not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

This Promotion and any dispute arising under or related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of this Promotion (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, Los Angeles, California, and each entrant accepts and submits to the personal jurisdiction of these California courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or related to this Promotion.

Only one (1) request per outer envelope, mailed separately, will be fulfilled. All Official Rules requests must be received during the Promotion Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage with rules requests.

WINNERS LIST: For a list of the verified winners' names (as of the date of your request), mail your request, postage paid, with a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Public Storage "AutoPay and One-Time-Bill-Pay Sweepstakes" Sweepstakes Winners List Request, C/O Marketing Administration, 701 Western Ave, Glendale, CA 91201-2349. Only one (1) request per outer envelope, mailed separately, will be fulfilled. All winners' list requests must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Promotion Period.
