The facility here at this Public Storage is clean and up to date. I have had nothing but positive reactions and interactions with staff and management here, especially from Anna. She has gone above and beyond to help with any request or issue I have had here when using their services and she makes it feel as though it’s not an inconvenience or interruption but is genuinely happy to help and provided any services or suggestions you may be looking for. The storage units are various sizes to accompany your needs not just a one size fits all or one massive unit when not needed. The location it is in is near many local businesses such as grocery stores, convenience stores, as well as other smaller restaurant types and is conveniently tucked away from the business of the street it makes you feel safe and secure while also being right in the heart of everything you need. From the entrance parking lot, to each drive up storage cubicle and interior spaces, it’s clean sanitary and doesn’t smell like it has been unkept or uncared for. I will definitely be using this storage facility anytime I need extra storage again, even if further away from where I am, it’s just an experience that leaves a lasting impression.

The site manager, Anna, with exceptional management skills has created a warm and welcoming environment. The entire staff are always very professional and courteous. They're always ready to answer questions both in person and by phone. I'm very grateful to have a top notch and safe place to store my household goods. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have had a very good experience with THIS Public Storage! It’s about the people, the friendliness and professionalism, the convenience in the reasonable price… My first experience was with ANNE and she was extremely diligent; and I’ve spent most of my time with Jacob, who is an absolute superstar in my mind. I would hope that the company promotes, especially JACOB. He would be a great trainer and I will definitely be going out of my way to send people here because I’m in property management and real estate and it’s a wonderful location right near the Chick-fil-A on Shea.

Overlooks highway 101 - Easy to get to and staff has always been kind. Our non profit needed a place to store hundreds of wax LED candles - in the AZ heat. We were blessed to find this place with a unit in one of their temp controlled buildings. 5 Stars!

One of the nicest and most convenient facilities in the valley. Most importantly, Anna manages a great staff and she goes out her way to put her customers first. Public Storage is a big company, but storage is a local business. In the end it all comes down to how an individual facility is managed and in this facility, Anna knocks it out the park.
