Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 6875 E Becker Lane, Scottsdale, AZ

Deja has made our very stressful move much easier. She calls and responds promptly. I am thankful that we have her as our contact at Public Storage.

As I stopped to place some things in my storage today I was greeted by a New Smiling Friendly Female ~Sarah** Was great meeting her & an Awesome 👍 Staff member for your business 👌💪😁

Had a lot of choices when it came to storage options. I was worries that I picked the wrong. I went to my unit for the first time and spoke to the office rep Sarah. Not only was she knowledgeable, professional and courteous, but she was extremely helpful with billing questions and unit options. If this employee is any indication of what the staff and facility are like, the. I made the absolute right and only choice for storage. Thank You Sarah!!

Edit 11/2019 IF I can give it a negative 100 I would. I barely give bad reviews unless it warrants it. This guy named Bill is the only worst person I ever had to deal with in this location company---ever. I had done business with Public Storage in other locations. He takes the crown for worse CS! He is rude and will talk over you. Luckily all calls are recorded in case his supervisor calls and wants to know how the call occurred. Also, do not rent A1 or 001in the basement. It has a history of flooding and there is a huge mold build-up. My items were completely damaged from flooding. Apparently, that unit has a history of leaks and flooding. The other property employees were great but Bill was very rude. Told about him the experience I had with the flooding and the damage to my items was giving me anxiety I needed to get off the phone. What does he do? He calls back and adds more anxiety to someone who already said the experience is stressing me out. The remaining calls have been recorded. My anxiety level is now through the roof! If you don't like your job, don't work for a company that requires your position to base your actions on customer retention! --- 2018 Great storage facility and well lit. Very safe and the staff, especially the manager, Nneka, is very helpful with superb customer service skills!

They raised the rent on us so many times and we found out that they had bigger units available for hundreds of dollars a month less than what we were paying for ours. They will also mystery charge you so be sure to look at your monthly invoices.

Just relocated to Scottsdale and found this place when I was driving around. Deja was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable of everything the site had to offer. She has such a positive and friendly attitude. The facility appeared clean, well-managed, and secure. When I walked into the E. Becker Lane facility, I was greeted by a pleasant and friendly young woman by the name of Deja. I had just arrived back to the USA and was exhausted. However, my interaction with Deja made the storage registration process effortless. She took me on a tour and answered all my questions and concerns. Since my initial registration I have been at the facility a handful of times. And with every visit I see Deja sitting in the office helping customer or pushing a chart to complete facility tasks with a smile, and I can always count on that bright smile and a hand wave when I enter the facility. We found this location on Yelp. Great pricing and clean units. Deja helped us open our account and didn't give up in finding one that was the size we needed (when I thought we could go with a smaller one). She is friendly, puts the customers first, and took her time to explain all the necessary contract items.

This location is very clean and kept orderly, run by a very professional staff. Deja is great to work with there. I will use this location in the future and am going to recommend it to friends and family

As a business owner who uses storage units quite frequently, I would have to say this location is the best of the best! Daja is always welcoming and willing to help whenever we need it. My employees and I love her and our storage unit. The place is always clean with parking right in front for easy access. 5 stars!!!

Maurice is the BEST! This location is clean, cool and just Maurice… Friendly & Awesome!!! I was having problems and left a voicemail, Maurice called me right back as soon as he got into the office that day. Solved all problems. This is unheard of in 2024. He went over and beyond what is necessary, that is customer service. Super rare Find for a public storage place, and more importantly, the highest customer service imaginable. Maurice smiled, and was very friendly in helping everyone.

We've rented at this Public Storage location for about 4 years. The service has always been great and the location well kept. We've never had any issues getting access to our locker, and closing our account was quick and painless. Special thanks to Maurice who helped us out!

Decent storage space unit. Plenty of sizing options. Pricing is high, as they keep increasing price every month. We were paying over $300 a month for small space. That only was going to increase. Plenty of parking on site.

This location is fantastic, always clean and smelling and looking good. Deja is very helpful and is always on top of things. She is very personable and makes it a pleasure to store here and I will recommend this Public Storage to anyone looking to store in the area. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I came in this past weekend to unload my Uhaul trailer into my storage unit, when I realized the door was jammed Deja quickly turned to action. She was a GODsend! Without hesitation she figured out the problem (my pesky vacuum cleaner that had fell and jammed the door.) She was like the HULK lifting the door, she even saved my vacuum! A+ from me for Deja. This location will also ALWAYS have my service.

I’ve been renting here for a little while now and this is definitely my favorite storage to rent. The office is always kept clean and Jacob in the front is always great help!

This storage facility is one of the best I’ve been to yet and I’ve been to a lot of them as professional mover, it’s very clean and the reception is deja was very accommodating

Best storage place I’ve used in forever. Unit was clean and had plenty of carts to use to empty out the truck. Employee, Deandre, was friendly and showed us directly to our unit. Hello, I am updating my review after being here over a year with this particular Public Storage located 6875 E Becker Lane, Scottsdale, Arizona 85254 Since, I have had a decent amount of time to review the pros and cons of this property I am able to offer an expanded view of what it is like to rent here. CONS: The safety/security of building is high risk of crime activity and the internal building/storage unit is dilapidated. I have documented several experiences were substance abusers visit/utilize this facility for their exchanges and usage. Inside the storage unit there access to your neighboring unit as the sheets of metal dividers are not properly secured. The neighboring unit can access your unit. The bathroom facility is if not always out of order then it is unsanitary for use to the Public Storage customer. Public Storage ( East Becker Lane location) has raised the rent approx. 3 X within less than a year since initially moving into the property. The on-site property management guests on several occasions have almost crashed into my vehicle me turning onto the Public Storage road from their consistent erratic driving. The constant construction lasting during operational hours prevents a customer from safely accessing the storage unit. *I will be back to further review the property.
