I would give 0 stars if I could. Since renting a unit in march, my rent has went up multiple times each month. There are rats in the units. I went to my storage unit last weekend and had to fight off a rat. It damaged all my stuff. I spoke to management about it & they claimed they needed to come see to make sure despite proof. Also, The furniture carts, suddenly, been MIA for a couple months. No one is ever in the office during business hours. Don’t rent here!!!

I have rented 3 units here for more than 3 years - more than $36,000 paid. The management here will nickel and dime you every chance they get. If you are late even for a day or two, expect aggressive collection tactics, high late fees added to your rent and a massive increase in future rental costs. The location is not cheap but you certainly don't get premium service for the price --- in December of 2023, the site was closing for the evening, I accidently left my vehicle key in my rental unit, I left the unit to go to my vehicle and the door to the unit locks, I was stuck on the property unable to get into my vehicle or back into the units and it was 30 degrees outside. Luckily, I had my phone with me but after 3 calls to their after hours emergency phone team, the response all 3 times was this location has no after hours contacts on record, there is no one the call center could contact to help. No one was identified and no way existed that would lead to opening the unit door, let me get my vehicle key and leave - their response, wait until 6 AM when the property opens and you can re-enter and oh by the way, you should not be on the property at all since it was after hours. My spare vehicle key was over an hour away at my home, a friend went and got it for me - was out in the cold for over 2 hours no thanks to the wonderful management team at this Public Storage. Lease here and expect a poorly run site, high rates, quickly imposed high penalties and fees, no consideration for long term clients and zero customer service when you really need their help. The location is the ONLY thing going for this site. I realize now how much better it can be after moving to another company.

I typically do not write reviews but I am so disappointed in choosing Public Storage over the past year. Not only did our rent double (shame on me for not realizing that there are no contracts), you are not allowed to use the waste bins for bagged trash. I was told if I used the bin I would be fined. I had to load all the trash in my car - Absolutely horrible.

Ms Shirley I seen her working really hard keeping this property clean. I would 10/10 recommend this location.

Good customer service

I don't know if it's the type of gate they chose or what, but when I moved in, it didn't exist because it was broken. 2 months later, it broke and they keep it closed, at least after office hours. So it's only open 9:30am-6:00pm. There is a 2nd gate, but only the keypad INSIDE works. The one outside doesn't even exist (see photo). You cannot retrieve or store your things between the entire time of 6:00am and 9:00pm like how you're supposed to be able to. For people who have items they need to retrieve to run a business, this is terrible. **11/29 update: Main gate has been working fine. Note, a lot of times, there's only 1 spot available for the loading area since another car is parked there. If you're moving a ton of things, keep it in mind

DO NOT USE this location for storage! I haven’t even been here a month and can barely get to my stuff because it always has a paper sign on the keypad. The gate says access starts at 6 am. No one is there to assist you until 9 according to google. It’s supposed to be a 24/7 access with the app. Be careful with that. I almost got stuck in the gates in the morning on a weekend when I used the app to open the gate. I didn’t see the sign that the keypad was out of order because I used the app to open the gate before I got up to the gate. I was in range to open it with the app. On the way out that’s when the app decided not to work and I got stuck for awhile. I had to keep trying the app because the keypad said out of order. I have an outside unit that is not air conditioned. I have to go early in the morning if I want to get my stuff before it’s too hot to be there. By noon it’s unbearable in the unit.

Excellent service. Heather was incredible and helped me find the perfect storage unit for my stuff. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I chose this storage unit from the great reviews and location! Unfortunately, when we moved our items in, the access gate was broken - this provided no security for the drive up units, as the gate was open 24/7 for several weeks. We have contacted the specific location and the area manager multiple times requesting a refund, and have not received a response. Disappointed with this location and ended up terminating our contract early.

First time using a self storage unit— Heather at Haskell Public Storage was awesome and made it a really quick and easy process. She patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot lol) and toured me around the units so I could see before renting one. The security measures at this location make it feel safe

Ran to the large and a small unit here one year ago. My rent on the small unit has gone up from one $193-$253 in one year! The rent on my large unit has gone from $243-$307. I have been told that this increase is not to justify added expense it has brought about because that is what they can get for the empty units right now! A reasonable rate hike and I wouldn’t have been writing this comment but a 25% increase each year is more than slightly exorbitant

As a person who has worked in the service industry I value great customer service. And from the moment Diane welcomed me through the door with a authentic and genuine smile, she turned out not only to be a sales rep or customer service agent ,but bit of an Angel. So I walked through these steps doing the rental online got all the way to the closing where I put in my card and it was accepted on my end and the money was taken out of my account, that was not the case on variant so I had a payment of 114 looming somewhere in cyberspace that my financial institution said would be giving back to me within 7 days, Diane got me in my storage unit and also make sure that it was paid up until the end of the following month you don't really come across people who care about people everyday. But you can tell that Diane loves what she does and it makes that effortlessly wonderful. If you are in any way shape form or fashion looking to store some things clear some clutter or just interact with a really cool gal Diane at public storage she's definitely definitely fits the bill.
