Started to store here about 8 months ago. Always clean and the temperature is good! Sometimes the weekend can get very busy, get here early or late for the rolling carts. I had to switch units and MARIA was in the office. She listened to what the issue was and helped me with perfect customer service A++ Thank YOU!

This is a wonderful storage facility. Everything is clean, easy, and the staff is wonderful. We worked with Breana, and she has been awesome. Any questions or details we needed to know were answered promptly.

This storage space is clean, well lit and very secure. I’ve used this location off and on for several years and have always been very impressed with its condition. That said customer service is so difficult. I wanted to move out of one unit and into a different unit And you can’t do that on the app and you can’t get that taken care of through chat and you can’t call and get a live person after many attempts, I was able to speak to Was moving out of one unit and everything was agreed upon but they went ahead and charged me another month for that unit even though it was completely empty. Because I have two or three units at a given time the app is really unreliable and recognizing all of my units. On two occasions when I added a unit, it disabled the access to all of my other units. Which requires a phone call or three phone calls. Like many people I move things in and out of storage after work, which is also after their business hours, which means I’m standing there with a car full of things and my keys and hand and can’t access the building because it’s been randomly Disconnected. If this place wasn’t so close so clean and otherwise so secure I would take my business to another company. This is like AT&T or Verizon in the unnecessarily complication level of trying to get through to customer service or make the app do something that is fairly simple and I imagine very routine. So if you want your things to be safe and climate controlled and in a clean location, that is very secure, this might be a good choice for you, but I hope you don’t have any issues at all because customer service will make you tear your hair out.

Unfortunately, my unit was broken into less than 3 weeks into my rental and valuable items were stolen. The property manager was kind regarding the incident, but I ultimately took the rest of my belongings elsewhere, since I no longer felt comfortable keeping them at Public Storage. After some frustrating trouble with customer service, I finally had a representative reach out to offer support regarding the incident.

Breana was incredibly supportive in establishing an account for our business! We needed a unit same-day, and Breana was able to secure one for us at a great price. The process was quick, Breana was so helpful, and I felt at ease knowing that I was getting set up with exactly what I needed. I'm so appreciative for the service I received ~ Breana deserves a RAISE!

I've had a unit at this location for years. It has never been super clean nor have I felt anyone was very attentive. PS says they offer secure, clean, functional facilities however this location is not that. It has never been very clean but it has been convenient so I just overlook that. Yesterday when I dropped off some items at my unit it was the usual filthy but the entry doors that are to be secure were wide open with no one around so no telling how long the place was open to just anyone. The elevator lights/panels were broken and there were no hand carts for use. I thought the management would wish to know these things so I called the office during normal business hours three different times but no one answered and so I finally left a voicemail. The woman who called me back today identified herself as "a manager" and when I shared my concerns and feedback she was less than interested in offering concern nor identified any resolution for these issues. Will be moving my stuff out

DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE!!! There have been multiple burglaries at this location and others. My unit was vandalized and burglarized. We found the remainder of our items damaged and in a pile. Whoever did this climbed over the top of the unit to get in. IT HAPPENS A LOT. The customer service was terrible. Nobody would answer their phones or help us. Not even a sorry. Turns out this is very common.

I've rented at this location for about a year and a half. I do store personal items, like boxes of books and family history stuff, but I also have a large, heavy ebike that I can't get up the stairs to the apartment I'm staying at, so I keep it here, accessing it daily for my work as a Doordash/UberEats courier. The facility is kept clean and, although they're a little understaffed, they're very friendly and helpful. I've worked directly with Nicholas and Maria. With a convenient location, helpful service and a facility that's clean and that I feel safe accessing daily, you really can't go wrong!

Maria is such a great help. She is always willing to go above and beyond whenever I need any assistance. She is always so sweet and always has a smile on her face.
