I have had a unit here for a few months and I love it due to the location and I know it is newly built. I’ve noticed the garage doors are broken frequently, you have to park outside or bag in and out. Also, a few days ago i seen a roach near my unit… I’m not sure what’s going on but it needs to be addressed

The facility is pretty clean and they had a good amount of carts for customer use. I only had my things there for two days and did have an issue the lock situation but it was quickly fixed by management. Overall I would rent here again and would recommend for short or long-term stays.

Tell me you’re an adult without telling me you’re an adult, I’ll go first. Words can’t describe how excited this new storage unit made me. I am accustomed to everything being more difficult than it needs to be, but not this place. We walked in on a Sunday and had our new unit packed up in 20 minutes. Chyna is beyond friendly and helpful and the indoor loading area and free loading carts really are so nice to have. Really love this place y’all made my week thank you!

I just signed up for a storage unit here yesterday, and I’ve had plenty of storage units in the past, but this one seems to be one of the best! The car drop off with the carts was a godsend! Chyna got me all set up and on my way in 5 minutes. I am loving this place already!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to experience. Office is very seldom open and no one answers the phone. Office was supposed to open at 9:30 doors are locked, 15 minutes on hold to be directed to a call center. Supposedly there is drive in service but for some reason it’s alway unavailable. From the floor being resurfaced, tractor trailers blocking the entrance to cargo trucks blocking the whole drive through lane. This place isn’t even worth the $1 move in special. I’ve wasted half of my day trying to get into my unit and still haven’t been able to gain access. What’s even sadder is one of the owners was actually on site today and could care less about getting people to move so others could gain access. This place is a joke!!!! When the owner doesn’t care who does
A little shady with the fine print and stipulations when it comes to renting a space, not being able to provide your own lock and being forced to shell out for their unnecessarily expensive one is a bit off-putting, and the hours could always better, but all-in-all it's a nice clean facility. It has a drive-in area which allows you to unload your stuff conviently and it appears to be well lit with plenty of carts to transport your stuff. The price is a bit more reasonable compared to the competition, but with Month to Month ya never know. Thank you Public Storage
Pam was an absolute gem! She has been incredibly prompt and helpful with the entire application process. I came in with several questions, and she answered them so seamlessly! I ended up bringing my son with me, and she was very engaged with the both of us!
Facility is still getting some finishing touches, but the building is very clean! Very reasonable prices! I'm very impressed!

Pamela was great from the beginning. Very warm and friendly, that made all the difference to me. She advised me I had options for reserving a unit, could do in the office, on line or by phone...on line seemed the best way and saved me money. As I was moving in, Pamela always found a way to greet me and ask if there was anything she could. The only negative...she did not help me unload the car. Great experience...love this Public Storage location.
