Easy to rent, reasonable pricing and easy access
Been here 3 times. 2 out of those times, no property manager was there during office hours. Went in to get lock cut off, but no one was there to cut it off.
I have been renting at this location since approximately 2020. I've switched between a couple sizes of units based on changing needs. I am very grateful to have met Denise, as she is a fantastic property manager and good person. The only thing that could be better about my experience would be if the location was closer to me in Sycamore. However, since I have had nothing but an excellent experience working with Denise, I have trouble imagining renting anywhere else or dealing with anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend this location simply based on Denise being the property manager. Also, the rates are more often than not, the cheapest that I can find amongst public storage locations, as well as, other storage businesses.

What a disappointment! Charged me 380.00 for a 10x20 unit! I got the hell out and am now at a place that gave me a contract for 1 year @ 150. There after it can only go up 10$. Public is garbage
I wish there were more stars to give to Amanda!!! Wow what a woman. From the moment I walked in to the time I left with a 10x10 climate controlled unit, she was thoroughly informative, efficient, effective, intuitive, kind and professional. I was comparing different places for storage in the area and as soon as Amanda began determining my needs I knew I had found where I needed to be.
