Don’t let the neighborhood deter you. This is a small quiet secure storage. One of the best kept secrets in Oakland I should say. Ashley and her mom run a tight clean operation and I’m grateful to be here. Security being the most concern,cleanliness is a close second, affordability most of all is what peaked my interest. Thanks to the staff at Public Storage.

Worst customer service ever. We had a very delicate moveout situation with a tenant that needed storage. They said be here before 6 and no one was on site. Tried to call customer service and have been on hold for almost 45 minutes. This has jeopardized our position. Never doing business with them again and cancelling all accounts

An unexpected occurrence had happened in which I needed to take care of personal business. A storage unit at this location was on the list of properties. The manager, Ashley, was very helpful throughout the process that I had to do. Her professionalism and compassion during the transition was impressive. I’m very happy and satisfied with the service I received from Ashley. She was very helpful and for that I’m thankful. She’s a great on-site manager for this Public Storage location.

Very high prices. Have random non active cars parked around the place making it hard to drive with very large uhauls.
After moving out, and paying monthly for our storage rental, we were charged for an additional month. Rather than use the contact information on file to reach us, they sent the bill to collections. Compared to other, locally owned, storage options, the customer service at the corporate level is missing.
