Customer service not the best. Also they raised the rent 3 times within the year. From $87 -$133 without notice because most people have it on auto pay so most people don't realize but I would manually pay each month and I noticed. Not worth it. Find a different storage facility.

There are some constraint for the availability of the attendant at this location. Half of the time, there was no one to ask queries or the phone didn't get picked up. But they proceed really good deal on the 3 month storage, so weigh your options.

Eddie made our experience with Public Storage as smooth as possible! He helped us through the online special. He was very helpful on getting us a storage unit that would be easy to back in our trailer. I originally called the other Newark location and spoke with the property manager about what we specifically needed and we were unable to back into our storage unit due to the narrow lanes. When I called Eddie and asked him if he had at units that would allow a dually to easily back into a unit… he suggested two units and they both were exactly what we needed. He knows how to properly think through specific needs of the customer. He was also very pleasant when I had to call the We Care customer support system on the other location because the property manager was being unprofessional and refused to let me transfer my unit. Eddie deserves a raise for his quick thinking and professionalism with the situation. Thank you for being so helpful during a very stressful time!

My unit was burglarized . Someone broke into my unit and stole some treasured possessions. Not happy about the way it was handled by the public storage. So watch out storing stuff there. Not safe !

CLYDE WAS A PROBLEM!!!!! 1st was with Jessica AMAZING EXPERIENCE, smooth and accommodating. Jessica provided a smooth transfer. Very professional and helpful. I was moved out of my original unit on the 31st, was told no balance owed. CLYDE, ALIAS (KYLE) tells me 4/7 Friday, that 1st, I couldn’t come there without an appointment when I told him that I came by the 37444 Newark location. I told him that I had been by there many times without an appointment, and where does it say that. He told me I was supposed to be out by 6pm the reason I was charged extra fees. I told him I was unaware of that, because I was aware it was 9pm, in which I was out by 852pm locks off. Clyde was extremely sarcastic, at the end of our conversation I asked his name. He told me Kyle. I stop by today to see what the status was on the fees, and mentioned I spoke to Kyle on 4/7 I was told there was a Clyde that worked on Friday and he’s also noted on my account. I asked him twice what his name was, both times he stated Kyle, WITH HESITATION!!! The lie explains it. In the END JESSICA AND ANGIE TOOK CARE OF ME. AND THEY ARE AMAZING. IT WOULD BE 5 STARS WITHOUT CLYDE!!!!
I got storage here in ceder. The management is really good, the customers service I liked. I am glad to get storage here and very satisfy from service. Thank you so much for your good behavior and nice service .
Very nice facility, pretty new and modern. You can access the gate using an app so you never have to even open a window. There are several cameras on the property and each unit appears to have an individual alarm sensor and fire suppression. Jessica showed me around and set me up very quickly; she clearly cares about the place and knows how to treat people right.
